About Us
Manitou Studio is a gallery of fine crafts featuring one-of-a-kind pieces in porcelain, weavings, and photography. Created by owners John and Margaret Preus. John has more than 40 years of experience as a studio potter. His work is both wheel thrown and hand built, and includes sculptured boxes, vases, trays, teapots, bowls, and other works for the home. Margaret has more than 20 years experience in loom weaving. Her works include scarves, table runners, placemats, hand towels, baby blankets, and other items.
