Meriwether Café and Bikes was borne out of a strong love for the Katy Trail and simple scratch cooking. Our goal is to welcome visitors and locals to Rocheport through great food in a merry environment. Como natives Brandon and Whitney Vair moved to Rocheport in 2015 seeking to start a family and plant roots in a close knit rural community.
Bringing 15 years of industry experience into fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning their own small business, they decided to share their passion for food and biking, the trail, and the Rocheport community and opened Meriwether Café and Bike Shop in 2017.
